Build one real demo today.
Choose a business. Make a prompt. Build a full demo. Show it, launch it. The next step opens when you need it — nothing else to figure out.
Open detail only when you need it
Five field guides. Open the library, then switch between them — one at a time.
The demo is the whole game. The owner should open the link and think: “That really looks like my business — and stronger than what I have. How do I get this live?” Your goal is not a perfect design; it is a clearer, more modern, more convincing version of their site. Budget 15–20 minutes, not a whole day.
1 · Is it clearly their business?
2 · First screen: impact without overload
Open it on a phone. Don't scroll for five seconds.
3 · Trust check
4 · Customer path
5 · 3-minute technical pass
6 · Real-people test (10 min)
Show the link to two or three people who aren't designers and don't know the business. Don't ask “is it pretty?” — send this:
Fix only the 1–3 most repeated problems. Don't run endless surveys.
7 · Decision — traffic light
Business is recognisable, first screen is clear, links/phone/form work, testers understand it and know where to tap.
First text too generic, missing city/service/CTA, one mobile glitch, one block testers didn't get. Fix and send.
Wrong name/service/city/contacts, looks like a random template, unclear what they do, broken buttons, or fake reviews/claims. Rebuild the core.
This isn't a sales script — it's how to pick a few good ways to reach the person who decides. “Contact strength” is not a conversion promise; it's the relative chance the owner sees your message and agrees to a short talk when you already have a personalised demo.
Channels, by contact strength
| Channel | Use when | Strength |
|---|---|---|
| Warm intro / referral | You share a contact or customer | Very high |
| Call the business number | Local service, owner is hands-on | High |
| Visit in person | Salon, shop, restaurant — at a quiet hour | High |
| Personal work message (WhatsApp/SMS) | Owner's work number is public | High |
| Email to owner / work inbox | Address on site or domain email | Medium |
| Instagram / Facebook DM | Active page the owner runs | Medium |
| Site form / Yelp / directory | No direct contact available | Lower |
Minimal multi-channel sequence
Measure attempts → decision-maker contacts → replies → demos booked → demos shown → deals. After ~50 attempts, keep the two channels that produced the most real conversations in your niche.
You don't need to be a salesperson. Send a short, specific message with one link and one ask, then follow up a fixed number of times. Copy a template, swap the [brackets] for real details, send.
First message — pick your channel
Follow-up cadence
When they reply
| They say | You do |
|---|---|
| “Interested / tell me more” | Offer a 10-minute call or a few questions; move to Step 05 (Launch + Handover). |
| “Not right now” | Thank them, ask if you can check back in a month, log the date. Don't argue. |
| “How much?” | Anchor to the price path: first one free/at-cost to build proof, standard sites around $500. Confirm scope before a number. |
| “I already have a site” | Point at one specific weakness your demo fixes (mobile, speed, unclear CTA). If still no, move on. |
One simple path: the client creates their own Base44 account, invites you, buys the domain in their name — you build and launch. The client owns everything from day one, and you never handle their passwords.
The simplest handover order
- Client creates a Base44 account on their work email.
- Client invites you to the project as a collaborator.
- You build / rebuild the final site inside the client's project.
- Client buys the domain from their own account.
- You publish and test everything.

What you do
Domain (easiest option)
Let the client buy the domain from their Base44 account: Dashboard → Domains → Buy this domain, pay with their details, confirm the registrar email. Base44 connects the domain and SSL automatically. If they already own a domain, use Connect existing domain together with them — don't change it without the owner.

Post-launch message
A strong demo makes no money until the right businesses see it. The tracker makes the work measurable: you see your volume of action, never lose a follow-up, and can tell what to fix if nothing is selling.
How to run it
One row = one business. After every action, update just five things:
- Contact or demo link.
- Channel used.
- Status.
- Next concrete step.
- Follow-up date.
Your first run
Reading the result
| If this happens | Improve |
|---|---|
| No replies | Niche, channel, first message. |
| Replies, but no demo views | The benefit in the message + how easy the link is. |
| Demo views, but no purchase | Personalisation, offer, price, follow-up. |
| A sale appears | Repeat the niche + channel that worked. |
Change only one weak stage at a time.
A map, not a promise
20 sites × $500 = $10K. This is a map for repeating a process, not a promise, typical result or deadline. Price rises only as you add real value and delivery confidence.
Ask a practical question when a real business, prompt, message or launch blocks you. Your membership also keeps this Action Library and product updates available as the system improves. One question = one real business + a screenshot/link + what you've already tried.
